Living Green Expo – Save it, Learn it, Try it, Buy it

The Annual Living Green Expo on May 2-3, 2009 is a free, family-friendly event that inspires people to lead healthier and more sustainable lives. The expo provides Minnesota citizens with an opportunity to experience green living.

Living Green means improving our daily lives to be healthier for ourselves, others and the environment. By these practices, not only are we improving our quality of life, but we are saving time and money. Something we all need, especially in times like these. Living Green can be complicated, which is why www.livinggreen.org provides tips based on the idea of low-impact living and long-term sustainability. Low-impact living reduces environmental and social impacts by using a special product or service and by adopting new behaviors.

PLAY it Forward follows a living green way of life through its “Leave No Trace” policy. We keep our groups small so that we have a minimal impact on the environments we visit, providing a responsible vacation that is socially and environmentally conscious.
